Durg. Altogether 6,341 candidates from Durg district appeared for Chhattisgarh Pre Polytechnic Test (CGPPT) 2013 to get admission in diploma courses in different technical institutions of the state. The examination took place in 13 exam centres (9 in Durg and 4 in Bhilai) of the district in the morning hours on Thursday from 9 am to 12:15 pm. Dr. Deepak Karkun, Principal of Government VYT Post Graduate College and Chief Coordinator of the examination in the district asserted that 'Of the total 6,506 enrolled aspirants in the district, 6341 students appeared in the exam in 13 allotted centres of the district and 165 were absent. Pandaria-Kawardha. Results of Saraswati Shishu Mandir Higher School and Saraswati Shishu Mandir Higher Secondary School remained 86 and 92 per cent respectively. In the high school examination, Jayesh Kumar, son of Kulbhushan Kesharwani, stood 1st by scoring 85.83 per cent marks and Umesh Kashyap stood second by scoring 85 per cent marks. Similarly, Nikita Dewangan secured the top position with 88.5 per cent marks. The school management committee and the teachers of the school have expressed their pleasure over the results of the examination. Examination will be conducted at 16 centres all across state on June 9. Commission has created a separate window on its website i.e. www.psc.cg.gov.in for admit cards. Raipur. Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University (PRSU) is declaring the results of University examinations of session 2012-13. Students that are willing to apply for revaluation or recalculation, may apply within 15 days of the declaration of results. College operated under PRSU has been set up as the centre for collection where students by paying a fixed amount of money will be able to submit their applications. Besides that, applications from candidates of University study centres will be accepted at the welcome room.
