Raipur. Chhattisgarh Madhyamik Shiksha Mandal (CG Mashim) has fixed August 30 as the last date for the renewal of accreditation to the institutes that are conducting classes 9th and 11th in the academic session 2014-15 while those conducting classes 10th and 12th in the session 2015-16.
These institutes will be required to apply online for the renewal of accreditation until August 30.
Secretary CG Mashim informed that the institutes applying for accreditation on the date decided by Board, will be required to submit their certified application along with the accreditation fee and an attached form at Board office Raipur until September 5 2014.
Application from institutes starting 9th and 11th class will not be entertained after the fixed last date.
Raipur. Around 345 centres have been set up in Chhattisgarh for the 10th and 12th board supplementary examinations to be starting from July 28. 145 centers have been created for 12th supplementary examinations where a total of 1,11,188 students of 10th class while 40,401 students of 12th will be appearing.
Admit cards have been issued to most students at the same centers where students had applied for the examination.
Chhattisgarh Madhyamik Shiksha Mandal on Thursday, distributed admit cards to several students at the head quarters.
Similarly, question papers were sent to coordinating centers set up at the district headquarters under strict security arrangement.
Now, from those coordinator centers, the question papers will then be forwarded to the centers that were set up in district on July 25.
Raipur. Chhattisgarh Madhyamik Shiksha Mandal (CG Mashim) on Wednesday, distributed the necessary confidential materials for the supplementary examinations to be held from July 28. Confidential materials for supplementary examination are supposed to reach the coordinating centers in two days.
Materials were sent to Bilaspur and Bastar divisions on Wednesday.
In-charge of examination centers will be required to receive the confidential materials at the coordinating centers that are established on divisional level and then will submit at the police stations that come within their area.

Students who were not able to appear in the merit list of 10th and 12th board examinations will also be honoured as Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) is planning to honour students scoring 75% as well. This plan is likely to be implemented in the board examinations to be held next year.
President of Mashim K.D.P. Rao informed that only a few students make their positions in the merit list every year and the new plan would help encourage other promising students also.
Mandal therefore, has decided to honor students who have scored 75% marks in their 10th or 12th board examinations.
Currently, about 25 students come appear in the top ten list of 10th and 12th board examinations.
Raipur. Last day for those who have failed the 10th board examination to apply under credit scheme would be Monday i.e. on June 30.
A new arrangement has been started by Chhattisgarh Madhyamik Shiksha Mandal (CG Mashim) to help provide more opportunities to those who have failed board examinations.
This will allow the failed students to appear in the supplementary test taken by other students.
Application may be submitted until July 5 after Monday with a late fee of Rs. 500.
Raipur. Chhattisgarh Madhyamik Shiksha Mandal (CG Mashim) has announced the time-table for the supplementary, private and correspondence 2nd and 4th chance examination of 10th and 12th grades.
10th and 12th board examinations will be held from July 23. 10th board examination will be held until August 2 and 12th board exam will end on August 5. Examination will be conducted from 10 am to 1:30 pm.
About 31,694 students have been declared eligible for 12th board examination while 34,282 students have been declared eligible for 34,282 10th board exam which means a total of 65,963 students will appear in both examinations.
Raipur. Great news for students who have failed 10th or 12th board examinations conducted by Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE). These students will not be required to wait for an entire year to appear in the main examinations to clear the subjects but with the new process designed by board, students will need to appear in only those exams which they have failed through correspondence.
Chhattisgarh Madhyamik Shiksha Mandal (Mashim) has started credit plan for students in their 10th and 12th grade. Students who have failed in either 10th or 12th board examination will be allowed three chances to clear their exams.
First chance will be given in the same session during the supplementary examinations held in July-August, second chance in the next session during main examinations that are held in March and third chance during the supplementary examination held in July-August.
Mark-list for 12th board examination will be distributed from June 7 this year. Those who have failed in the 12th board exams will be able to apply for credit plan until June 20.
Date of application for credit plan for 10th board students will be declared once the results are out. Officials informed that under the credit plan, there will be no examination conducted separately and students may appear with those appearing in supplementary examination.
Officials also informed that those appearing in examination under credit plan will experience a change in their mark-sheet i.e. the medium for appearing in the examination will be changed to correspondence from being regular previously.
The number of chances taken by a student to clear the examination will also be mentioned in the mark-sheet.

The time of declaring the results has not been decided yet but it will most likely be declared after 12 pm.
Notably, about 4,50,000 had appeared in the 10th board examination.
Raipur. Last date of applying for revaluation, recalculation and observation of answer sheets of class 12th board examination held by Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) is today i.e. on May 9. Results were declared on May 9.
About 30,100 students have applied for revaluation while 2,500 for recalculation and 2,400 students for observation of answer sheets.
Significantly, after declaration of board examination results, students in a huge number raise questions on the valuation of answer sheets every year.
This year also, several students have applied for revaluation. Last date of applying for revaluation is May 24.
Board is expecting a large number of application this year.

About 2,50,000 students had appeared in the 12th board examination. Evaluation work which is now on the verge of completion has been under process since March 29 at the 30 centers of state.
Sources informed that the merit list of students from 12th has to be sent to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) before June 5 that is why Mashim is all prepared to release the results this month.
