PRSU declares BPT, M.Sc. and Bio-tech results based on 1 voters.
Raipur. Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University (PRSU) on Tuesday, delcared the results of several examinations including BPT 1st, 3rd year, 4th year, M.Sc. Bio-technology 1st Sem and MA Ancient History Culture and Archaeology Ist semester. 1 student out of 10 in BPT Ist year, 39 out of 151 students (3rd year) and 16 students out of 89 (4th year) have been declared pass. All students were able to clear M.Sc. Bio-tech examination. Similarly, 11 out of 13 students have been able to clear MA Ancient History Culture and Archaeology examination.
Counseling for admission in PG seats at medical college from May 1 based on 1 voters.
Raipur. The second phase of counseling for admission in PG seats at medical college (MD, MS, Diploma and Degree course) will be held from May 1. Registration and scrutiny will take place at the lecture hall no. 1 of the college from 11 am. Seats will be allocated on May 1 after the counseling of serving doctors. Admission in open seats will be given on May 3. Officials of Health Education Department informed that no call letters are being sent to the candidates separately.

BPT students submit memo to VC against delay in results based on 2 voters.
Raipur. Students of Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) have expressed dissatisfaction against the delay in declaring the results of supplementary examination. Students in aegis of All India Medical Physiotherapy Congress, have submitted a memo to the Vice-Chancellor of Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University demanding to declare the results soon. National Secretary of AIMPC Dr. Prem Prakash Anand informed that supplementary examinations of BPT 1st to 4th year were conducted in November. However, the lengthy delays in the declaration of results is causing several inconvenience to the students of Physiotherapy. Also, they are suffering many issues during their further studies. Vice-Chancellor had only assured of releasing the results soon in the previous meeting with students.

Applications for UGC NET until May 5 based on 1 voters.
Raipur. Online applications for National Eligibility Test (NET) to be held by University Grants Commission (UGC) on June 29 will be accepted until May 5. Minimum aggregate required in PG for a student to be eligible for applying is 55% for candidates coming from General category, 50 % for OBC, SC and ST candidates. Fee for students from General category would be Rs. 450, Rs. 225 for OBC and Rs. 110 for SC and ST. Fee can be paid through any of the SBI branch.
CGPSC invites applications for 48 positions of Health & Family Welfare Dept. based on 2 voters.
Raipur. Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC) has invited applications for the 48 positions of Health and Family Welfare Department (Medical Education) - 2014 from April 23. Applications will be accepted on the website i.e. www.psc.gov.in until 11:59 pm of May 22. Date of examination has not be decided yet. Raipur. Online application for B.Sc. Nursing and Bachelor of Ayurvedic, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) will be filled out from Tuesday. Last date of applying for both entrance examinations would be May 1. Fee for General students would be Rs. 300, Rs. 250 for OBC and Rs. 200 for ST and SC students. Examination will be conducted on June 1. Students will be able to apply online on website of Vyapam following: www.cgvyapam.org.in

Raipur. Chhattisgarh Vyavsayik Pariksha Mandal (CG Vyapam) has decided the dates of entrance examinations for several professional courses. Online application process for admission in B.Sc. Nursing and BAMS will take place from April 22. Application may be filled out until May 1 while examination will be conducted On June 1. B.Sc. Nursing will be held from 9 am to 11:15 am while BAMS will be held from 2 pm to 5:15 pm. Examination fee for students coming from General category would be Rs. 300, Rs. 250 for OBC and SC and Rs. 200 for ST.
Model answers for JEE main likely to be released on April 25 based on 1 voters.
Raipur. Model answers of JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) main examination will most likely be issued until April 25 whereas the result is expected to be released on May 3. On May 25th, JEE advance will be organized. Model answers will be available on the website of JEE www.jeemain.nic.in. JEE main was organized on April 6 and 28,000 students had appeared in the examination.

Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC) has extended the number of positions for Additional Director to 6, and District Commandant to 3 for the State Service examination to be held for Municipal Administration on June 8, 2014. Ayush university declares results of M.Sc. Nursing and Radiological Physics based on 1 voters.
Raipur. Ayush & Health Science University has declared the results of M.Sc. Nursing Part-I results. Results were 97%. 87 students had appeared in the examination, of which 84 were able to clear the examination. University has also declared the results of M.Sc. Diploma in Radiological Physics. Result was recorded to 0. There are two students in the course of which one appeared in the examination while another was absent. This course has been conducted at the medical college.
