The result of Kargikhurd High School was 80 per cent in the High School Certificate Examination conducted by Chhattisgrh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) in March and the result of which was declared on May 16. According to information received here, overall 70 students of the school gave the examination. Of which, eight students have passed the examinaition 1st class, 19 students passed in 2nd class while 20 students in 3rd class. 14 students were unable to clear the examination. After being denied for the permission of new syllabus, the private engineering and pharmacy colleges of Chhattisgarh have landed in another trouble as the Public Commission has asked the Department of Technical Education (DTE) and Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekananda Technical University (CSVTU) to give clarification on prevailing irregularities in the private engineering colleges. It should be noted that DTE and CSVTU had denied approval to the new syllabus in the 32 private engineering colleges on grounds of shortage of faculties, low teacher to student ratio and low salary package. Kargiroad. Ashutosh Namdeo, student of Government D K P Higher Secondary School passed the 10th class Board examination with 86% marks and stood second in the town. Ashutosh secured 96 in Mathematics. 129 students of D.K.P. School had appeared in the 10th board examination of which 11 were able to clear i in 1st class, 20 students in 2nd class and 51 in third class. The overall result of school was 64%. Principal, Dr (Mrs) Anita Dubey and the entire staff of the school congratulated Ashutosh Namdeo who stood first in his school and second in the town for his excellent performance.

Durgukondal. The result of High School Certificate Examination conducted by Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE), of Durgukondal High School was only 41.1 per cent. However, it is better than previous year's result. The result was declared by the CGBSE on Thursday, May 16. About 993 students which include those who have achieved 80% or above in the High School Examination of Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) will be benefited with the scholarship plan this year as well. Scholarship for half that number of students i.e. 496 will be reserved for girls. These students will be provided an amount of Rs. 1000 every month. Cheque of scholarship amount will be sent to the college in the name of benefited student. Central Government has initiated this plan to encourage students towards higher education. With the overall pass percentage of 95%, students of Deepshikha school have performed excellently in the High School Examination results declared lately by Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE).
